Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Syronius FRAME Audio Bridge bot and the service at bridge.syroniusframe.com, operated by Syronius FRAME ("we", "us"). For support, abuse reports, or questions about these terms, contact syronius@gmail.com.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Who can use the service

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements, including being at least 13 and any higher minimum age in your country. You must follow applicable law, Discord's Terms of Service, and its Community Guidelines. Install or manage the bot only in servers where you have permission to do so.

Voice relaying and participant permission

The bridge receives voice from a connected Discord voice channel and sends a streamer's mix to their browser or OBS. It can also display participant names, avatars, and speaking activity. A streamer may broadcast or record that output using other services.

Before starting a mix, clearly tell every participant that their voice and overlay information may leave Discord, where it will go, and whether it will be broadcast or recorded. Obtain their permission before relaying them, including anyone who joins later. Server installation alone is not participant permission.

Respect anyone who declines or withdraws permission: stop relaying them, or stop the session until they can participate without being relayed. You are responsible for the permissions and rights needed for the audio and other content you transmit. Do not use the bridge for covert surveillance, harassment, or unlawful recording or distribution.

Private links and responsible use

Keep audio, overlay, and control links private. Anyone holding a working audio link can listen while the mix is active; a control link also permits operation of that mix. Use /frame reset-links if links are exposed. Do not access another person's links without permission, bypass access checks, overload the service, or use it to violate anyone's rights.

Server administrators manage streamer access. Access may be suspended or removed for abuse, security issues, lost server permissions, or violation of these terms. Report concerns to syronius@gmail.com; do not send bot tokens or private source links in a report.

Availability and ending use

The service is currently free. Capacity limits, maintenance, Discord changes, or network problems may interrupt sessions or affect audio quality. We may change or discontinue features and cannot guarantee continuous availability, a particular delay, or compatibility with every browser or streaming setup.

Use /frame stop to stop your mix. Server administrators can revoke streamer access or remove the bot. Stopping a mix does not delete saved settings. To request deletion, follow the Privacy Policy's contact instructions.

Responsibility and third-party services

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party outages or recordings and broadcasts controlled by other users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Syronius FRAME Audio Bridge is independent of Discord and OBS and is not endorsed by them. Their services and any streaming destinations you choose are subject to their own terms and policies. These service terms do not replace the source code's separate MIT license.

Changes to these terms

We will publish updates on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be announced on the service website before they take effect where practicable. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service.
